We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on BD Associate to drive awareness, build partnerships, and grow revenue streams across our various brands, venues, and offerings.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Part-Time Business Development Associate to focus on outbound sales and partnership building. This is an ideal opportunity for someone entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and comfortable driving their own pipeline of leads. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and seeing the direct results of your efforts, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and pursue new opportunities for private events, catering, and corporate activations across NYC.
• Prospect and build relationships with corporate decision-makers, event planners, and influencers.
• Leverage various online platforms, networking events, and hospitality contacts to generate leads.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular updates on progress.
• Represent Terzo Group at select events and industry meetups (optional, based on availability).

What We’re Looking For

• Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re a proactive “hunter,” not waiting for leads to come to you.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn).
• Strong interest in hospitality, events, or lifestyle brands.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results oriented.
• Previous experience in sales, real estate, hospitality, or event planning a plus (but not required).
• Based in the NYC-area.

Compensation

• Commission-Based Structure with High Earning Potential
• Base stipend – depending on availability and experience.
• Commissions on closed event revenue (uncapped earning potential).
• Performance bonuses for hitting revenue milestones.
• Flexible, part-time schedule (15–25 hours per week).
