- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must meet state requirements for education
- Masters Degree preferred, minimum BA.BS Degree in Early Childhood Education
- New York State Teaching Certification, (minimum Birth through 2)
- Knowledgeable of Article 47 and other NYC Department of Health licensing/credentialing issues
