We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently throughout each shift
• Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, including basic chopping or ingredient handling under supervision
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas during service hours
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly, including dishwashers and cleaning machinery
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of large pots or crates of supplies with proper technique
• Maintain sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, floors, and storage areas

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required—training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation procedures is a plus
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Excellent teamwork skills to support kitchen staff during busy hours
• Familiarity with operating basic kitchen equipment is advantageous
