The Role

• Leading, coaching, and scaling a team of 360 recruiters focused on niche roles across the East Coast.
• Developing and executing growth strategies, including client acquisition and candidate engagement.
• Driving billings while setting a high-performance culture built on collaboration, delivery, and integrity.
• Acting as a trusted leader internally and a sector expert externally.
• Reporting into senior leadership and contributing to the wider business strategy.

About You

• Proven leadership experience in recruitment, ideally within Design, Creative, Product sector a related industry.
• Strong 360 recruitment background – confident in winning business and mentoring others to do the same.
• A natural leader – commercially sharp, emotionally intelligent, and highly motivating.
• Track record of building or scaling high-performing recruitment teams.
• Ambition to help shape the future of a growing business in one of NYC’s most exciting sectors.
