Human Resources Assistant
About Us:
As a Human Resource Assistant at ACRE Realty , you will support daily HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, and internal communication. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
- Maintain employee files and HR data records
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Assist with internal communication and HR-related documentation
- Handle basic administrative and HR support tasks
- Assist with employee activities and internal events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (major not restricted)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication skills (Mandarin & English preferred)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Responsible, patient, and able to handle confidential information
