The Impact You’ll Have
Build new products and features from 0 → 1 , shaping how users interact with our platform
Take ownership of initiatives from conception through launch, ensuring real value delivery
Collaborate closely with teammates across engineering, product, and design to influence roadmap and feature priorities
Talk directly to users to better understand pain points and opportunities
Help strengthen our engineering culture by participating in interviews, mentoring peers, and recommending strong talent
✅ What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience building and shipping applications
Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with modern frontend or backend frameworks
Experience scaling systems with technologies like React, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS
Proven success in product-focused startup or scale-up environments
Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a sense of ownership
Ability to balance speed and quality while solving complex problems
