Experience Requirements & Placement

Experienced Nurses:

• 1–2 years of recent clinical experience required for most specialty units (ICU, ER, OR, Oncology, Telemetry).

New Graduate Nurses:

• Opportunities available based on facility and location.
• Structured orientation and nurse residency programs provided.
• Placement determined by your clinical background and hospital needs.

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care in collaborative healthcare settings.
This role offers career advancement, clinical training, and professional mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients to develop personalized care plans
• Administer treatments and medications accurately and safely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care

Patient Acuity & Nurse-Patient Ratios

• Acuity: Typically low to moderate; focus on stabilization and chronic management
• Patient Ratios:
• General Units: 3–4 patients per nurse
• Higher Acuity Units: 1–3 patients per nurse

Technology & Equipment

• Electronic Health Records: EPIC or similar systems
• Medication Dispensing: Automated systems
• Support Devices: Lifts, wound vacs, mobility aids

Orientation & Nurse Residency Program

All hired nurses participate in a 12–13 week orientation and training program that includes:

• Clinical skill development
• Hands-on bedside experience
• One-on-one mentorship by experienced preceptors
• Ongoing evaluation and professional growth support

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification: BLS (American Heart Association)
• Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license (or NCLEX passed)
