Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM; on-call required for overnights and weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a Level 3 RN specializing in Endoscopy/GI to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to provide exceptional patient care throughout various procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answering patient questions and addressing their concerns.
• Observing patient vital signs.
• Sedating patients before procedures.
• Recovering patients after procedures.
• Administering the necessary medication to patients.
• Completing all necessary documentation, including patient notes and discharge documents.
• Preparing instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures.
• Cleaning and sterilizing equipment before use.
• Providing assistance to doctors throughout procedures.
• Administering IV drips.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• New York State RN License required.
• BLS Certification (AHA only) required.
• Telemetry experience required.
• 2 years of previous experience in Endoscopy/GI highly desired.
