Command Center Operator- Arrow Security- Corporate Morning / Afternoon / Overnight Schedules Available
Position Summary As a crucial member of our Operations Team, the Command Center Operator is responsible for managing and maintaining daily schedules companywide while facilitating communications between the field and our management teams. This role requires a professional and resourceful individual who can effectively communicate with our valued employees, excel in a fast-paced environment and swiftly address scheduling vacancies. The ideal candidate will consistently provide exceptional customer service, perform well under pressure and foster positive, lasting relationships with all members of the Arrow Security Team. The Command Center collaborates with the Operations and HR departments to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while upholding the respect and integrity of Arrow's mission to provide an outstanding employee and client experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities Utilize Win Team scheduling software to effectively manage daily schedules, addressing callouts, vacancies and emergency requests for security guard coverage Resolve electronic timekeeping issues to ensure all staff are paid appropriately and clients billed properly Respond quickly and effectively to emergency and non-emergency situations alike, escalating to on-duty supervision as necessary Deliver exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced environment Manage multiple software applications (WinTeam, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams) while rapidly addressing high inbound call volume Perform additional administrative tasks as required Ability to remain calm in high pressure situations Work effectively in a team environment
Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years in the Security Industry, preferably in a scheduling role High school diploma minimum; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred Ability to operate basic computer software and applications, including but not limited to: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams WinTeam experience a plus Prior call center experience preferred Proof of residency/right to work in the U.S.
