Client Services Representative
Join our client’s team on-site at a premier Investment Banking/Financial Firm in Manhattan. This is a critical, customer-facing temporary role, primarily responsible for the prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments and ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction. salary: $20 - $25 per hourshift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service in a professional financial environment
- Assist the team with package delivery and processing outgoing USPS and FedEx mail as part of mailroom operations
- Promptly review and respond to management and client requests via email, phone calls, text messages, and verbal communication
- Maintain service activity reports and contribute to the Site Procedure Guide
