Front Server

Position: Front Server / Server-In-Training
Location: The Corner Lounge

The Corner Lounge is looking for a motivated hospitality professional eager to take the next step into a serving role. This position is ideal for someone with strong front-of-house experience who is ready to grow, learn the business, and earn opportunities as a server.

We're seeking a self-starter who understands that great hospitality starts with teamwork. The right candidate will be comfortable running food, bussing tables when needed, supporting the dining room during busy shifts, and stepping into server shifts as business demands. This is a hands-on role with clear opportunities for growth for individuals who consistently deliver results and take ownership of their work.

• Provide warm, professional hospitality to every guest.
• Run food accurately and efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
• Support table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and bussing as needed.
• Assist servers and management to ensure smooth service throughout the shift.
• Learn menu items, daily specials, and service standards.
• Take server shifts as scheduled and deliver a high-level guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team members.
• Anticipate guest and operational needs before being asked.

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience required.
• Desire to grow into a full-service server role.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
