Certified Medical Assistant (Traveling) — Suarez Medical (NYC 5 Boroughs)

Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time Available

Schedule: Mon–Fri (Typically 9:30 AM–7:30 PM) | Potential 10:00 AM–6:00 PM for Highly Efficient Candidate

$250/day + Gas/Tolls/Parking Reimbursed

Suarez Medical is seeking a dependable Certified Medical Assistant to serve as the physician’s primary clinical assistant. This role is ideal for someone with some experience who is eager to learn, works efficiently, and is comfortable traveling throughout all five boroughs.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $250 per day• Reimbursement: Gas + tolls + parking reimbursed• Hours: Monday–Fridayo Standard/Training phase: typically 9:30 AM–7:30 PMo Efficiency-based schedule: may transition to 10:00 AM–6:00 PM for a highly efficient candidate who helps streamline workflow

Responsibilities

• Clinical scribing/documentation support (assist with physician notes, paperwork, and chart completion)• Room patients, obtain vitals, assist with patient flow and forms• Prepare and turn over rooms between patients (stocking, set-up, organization)• Assist with trigger point injections and procedure support:o Prepare supplies and injection materialso Support ultrasound workflow as directed• Perform general MA duties and act as the physician’s primary assistant

Requirements

• Medical Assistant Certification (required)• Must have own car and be willing to travel throughout the five boroughs• Fluent English required; Spanish strongly preferred• Professional, punctual, organized, detail-oriented, HIPAA-compliant• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting

EHR

• Currently using DrChrono; transitioning to OptiMantra soon (training provided)
