Appointment Generator - BDC Admin - Call Center Full-Time. Must be able to work evenings & Saturdays. Subaru of Utica Yorkville is looking for Friendly and Motivated people to join our growing Service Department Call Center. Applicants must be self-motivated, with high energy, enthusiastic, dependable, and have great communication skills. We need people who can work as team as well as work independently. Appointment Coordinator - :

The Appointment Generator is responsible for answering incoming calls from service customers looking to schedule service appointments for their vehicles. This position also involves outbound calls to customers in database and responding to Internet and telephone customer inquiries, as well as occasionally greeting customers in person as they enter the Service Department and directing them to the right locations. Other duties as assigned. BDC Representative - Requirements:

• Customer Service or Call Center experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Will be required to answer heavy inbound call traffic, as well as make outbound calls and emails to clients every day
• Must have strong computer and phone skills and must pay careful attention to detail
• Professional appearance
• Valid in-state driver's license

The expected pay range for this position is ($15.00 to $25.50) (Hourly/Salary). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
