We are growing and looking to add an experienced Heating & Cooling (HVAC) Technician to our team.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This is a higher-level role suited for a technician who can work independently, provide excellent customer service, and take pride in quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems (furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.)
• Accurately diagnose system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and company procedures
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately and timely
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic techniques
• EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
