global distribution. • Collaborate with merchandising, brand marketing, store design and e-commerce teams to ensure strategic
• seasonal alignment across the integrated marketplace. • Partner with the Global VM team in the development and execution of all seasonal visual campaigns,
compliance tools, and in-store visual strategies for the us market. • Managed the logistical planning and implementation of quarterly window installations across all us retail stores. • Facilitated all window and in-store marketing needs for retail and factory outlet stores. • Managed annual visual budget, which encompassed all seasonal window roll-outs and in-store visual
collateral across all distribution channels. Your profile: Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8 + years of Visual Merchandising experience, preferably in the luxury industry
• BA degree in Visual Merchandising or Fine Arts, preferred
• Strong leadership, strategy, operational, and merchandising skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong organization, prioritization, and analytical skills
• Ability to be creative and detail oriented
• Ability to be proactive, strong problem solving skills; solution oriented
• Demonstrates high energy and strong work ethic
• Strong understanding of financial analytics
• Experience working with a large volume of product; demonstrates premium commercial project management
skills
• Possess a clear understanding of financial measurements and how to impact them
• Retail/Wholesale background
• Ability to travel both locally and globally
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, and Power Point programs
