Speech Language Pathologist
Full Time | Day Shift
$42 - $47.28/hour

What will I do as a Speech Language Pathologist for The Wesley Community?
Our Speech and Language Pathologists work closely with in our in-patient long term care residents and short term rehab patients to restore activities of daily living. A few of the most common duties and responsibilities required of Speech Language Pathologists include:
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual client needs.
- Provide counseling and support to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop treatment plans.
- Keep detailed records of client progress.
- Maintain a safe environment for clients.
- Provide education and training to clients and their families.
Speech Language Pathologist Requirements :
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology Program
- Current New York State SLP License
- Experience in Subacute and/or Long-Term care a plus, but not required
