Solution Architect - Cardiology/Radiology
Job Description
The Cardiology/Radiology Solution Architect oversees managing and supporting the essential applications used in cardiology and radiology. This position involves providing critical support for the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), with preferred experience in Philips ISCV PACS, McKesson Hemodynamic Software, and Epiphany CardioServer applications. Daily tasks include managing, troubleshooting, and supporting applications, as well as handling patient records, orders, and procedures inside 3 rd party software across cardiology and radiology service lines.
In this role, the architect will offer ongoing support to internal users of Oracle Health Applications and legacy applications, ensuring they work as efficiently as possible. The architect will respond to user support requests, perform end to end testing, and organize the testing of new application releases, and follow up on bug reports with the IT team and vendors.
Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring upcoming application releases and planning for future updates.

Training users on how to use application features effectively to improve performance.

Maintaining responsibilities related to application use based on the needs of different user groups.

Acting as a reporting resource by providing updates on application performance and issues.

Representing organization at vendor meetings, client user meetings, and during quarter-end reviews, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
This role is vital for ensuring that the cardiology and radiology systems run smoothly, helping users perform their tasks efficiently, and maintaining high levels of system performance.

Responsibilities
Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users. Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases. Train users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent users at Data Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $27.07 to $54.13 per hour; from: $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
