Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day culinary operations alongside the Executive Chef
• Serve as the culinary department head in the Executive Chef’s absence
• Assist with menu development, ordering, inventory, and food cost controls
• Maintain the highest standards for food safety, sanitation, and quality (HACCP)
• Train, coach, and manage a team of culinary professionals
• Execute large-scale catering and café production with a focus on quality and efficiency

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Culinary Arts preferred, or equivalent experience will be considered
• 5+ years of kitchen leadership experience in high-volume or upscale environments
• Strong background in catering, banquets, and international cuisines
• Deep knowledge of food trends, cost controls, and presentation standards
• ServSafe Certification required
• Passionate about food, hospitality, and team development
