Responsibilities of the HR Benefits Coordinator with AR/AP will include:
Administer all employee benefits – enrollment, respond to inquiries
Manage HR-related tasks including payroll coordination (ADP), leave management (FMLA), and workers' compensation processes using HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Dayforce).
Facilitate the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of HR strategies including policies, programs, and procedures
Maintain employee records, respond to benefits inquiries, and liaison with vendors to resolve issues and optimize benefits programs.
Shared responsibility with accounting to process AR/AP, collections and more

Requirements for this position include:
Bachelors Degree preferred
4-5 years work experience in a similar HR role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Innovative self-starter able to sustain a high level of accomplishment while working independently
Knowledge of MS Office Suite – especially Excel, also ADP and if possible - NetSuite
Similar role in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
Hours – 8am – 5pm
IN-OFFICE ONLY - Danbury, CT location
Pay range 50-80k - DOE
