What You’ll Do
As a Claims Consultant, you will support policyholders and our adjusting team throughout the insurance claim process while developing the technical expertise needed to become a licensed Public Adjuster.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in evaluating and documenting property damage claims
- Review estimates, invoices, and reports to help determine claim values
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and insurance carriers to gather information and provide updates
- Maintain organized documentation and claim files throughout the process
- Provide professional and empathetic support to clients during stressful situations
- Work alongside experienced adjusters to develop technical knowledge and field expertise
- Participate in training and licensing to become a licensed Public Adjuster (supported by UPA)
Ideal Backgrounds & Transferable Skills

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in business, finance, economics or math is a plus)
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (some field visits may be required)

Work Environment
This position is fully on-site and involves collaboration with our team and occasional field visits to inspect properties and meet with clients.
