Diesel Mechanic
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Diesel Mechanic to become part of our team, working a 4 X 10 schedule from Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance, showcasing their ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues effectively.
Duties:
- This role prioritizes safety and quality, ensuring that all vehicles and machinery function at peak performance.
- Responsibilities include conducting routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, diagnosing mechanical problems using schematics and technical manuals, and performing alignment adjustments and suspension repairs.
- The successful candidate will work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean work environment and stay updated on advancements in diesel technology.
Requirements:
- Applicants should have proven experience in a similar role, a solid understanding of diesel engine components, and the ability to interpret technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are essential, along with a valid driver's license.
- Additional certifications in diesel mechanics are advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits:
