IBM Maximo Product Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a senior IBM Maximo Product Manager / Delivery Lead to support a newly awarded, large-scale enterprise initiative delivered through a hybrid consulting and client team model. This role will partner closely with experienced client-side product and business stakeholders to drive Agile delivery, manage backlogs, and provide execution leadership across multiple IBM Maximo initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Maximo professional with strong functional and technical expertise, excellent consulting and communication skills, and the ability to operate independently from day one. The environment leverages the latest version of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) and follows Agile delivery practices.

This role is not heavily hands-on in configuration or development, but instead focuses on delivery leadership, estimation, design facilitation, and stakeholder alignment.

Skills and Requirements

-8+ years of experience working with IBM Maximo in enterprise environments.

-Strong experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS), version 8 and/or 9.

-Demonstrated expertise in asset management and work management

-Combination of functional and technical Maximo experience, with the ability to lead design-level discussions.

-Prior experience managing backlogs and supporting Agile product teams.

-Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -Experience working with or within large consulting firms (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, IBM, or similar).
