Retirement Plan Sales Representative
401(k) Wholesaler / Retirement Plan Sales Representative
Base: $100K + 60% of first-year annualized fees
Melville, NY (onsite)
What You’ll Do
• Cultivate relationships with plan sponsors, retirement advisors, record keepers, and distribution partners
• Promote bundled retirement plan services to third-party administrators (TPAs)
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline focused on new plan acquisition and rollover assets
• Collaborate with internal teams across operations, marketing, and compliance
• Lead in-person annual education meetings across the territory
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years in retirement plan sales — 401(k) wholesaler experience
• Must have experience selling to end user
• Series 65 (or willingness to obtain promptly)
• Deep understanding of ERISA, fiduciary compliance, and plan design
• Exceptional presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region
