Document Custodian Vault Analyst

CTG is seeking a dependable Document Custodian Vault Analyst to manage and organize physical and electronic records in a secure vault environment. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Location: Buffalo, NY
Duration: 3 months
Responsibilities:

File, catalog, and maintain documents accurately.

Retrieve and distribute records as requested.

Ensure proper organization, archiving, and security of all documents.

Conduct routine audits for compliance with retention and security protocols.

Report discrepancies or issues promptly.
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
-
Experience in document management, filing, or administrative support.
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-
Dependable with good time management.
Preferred:
-
Experience in secure/compliance-driven environments.
-
Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
