Document Custodian Vault Analyst

CTG is seeking a dependable Document Custodian Vault Analyst to manage and organize physical and electronic records in a secure vault environment. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

Location: Buffalo, NY

Duration: 3 months

Responsibilities:

• File, catalog, and maintain documents accurately.

• Retrieve and distribute records as requested.

• Ensure proper organization, archiving, and security of all documents.

• Conduct routine audits for compliance with retention and security protocols.

• Report discrepancies or issues promptly.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

• Experience in document management, filing, or administrative support.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Dependable with good time management.

Preferred:

• Experience in secure/compliance-driven environments.

• Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
