Salary: $155,000–$200,000 USD

This role sits within a newly formed Enterprise Content Management Systems team and plays a critical role in delivering complex, high-visibility technology projects.

The Role
The Senior IT Project Manager will lead large-scale, cross-functional IT initiatives from planning through execution and delivery. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with both business and IT objectives.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role requiring strong stakeholder management, structure, and execution discipline in a professional services environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead multiple IT projects in alignment with the firm’s SDLC framework
- Ensure all project documentation, reviews, and deliverables are completed accurately
- Oversee a portfolio of enterprise initiatives across multiple technology teams
Planning, Reporting & Governance
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including sprints, milestones, budgets, and timelines
- Prepare executive-level status reports, risk assessments, and budget summaries
- Track dependencies, manage risks, and maintain delivery momentum
Stakeholder & Resource Management
- Act as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders
- Manage intake and prioritization of new project requests
- Balance resources, timelines, and competing priorities across initiatives
Execution & Communication
- Facilitate structured project meetings with clear agendas and outcomes
- Drive accountability, next steps, and issue resolution
- Maintain clear, transparent communication at all stages of the project lifecycle

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of project management experience
- At least 7 years of IT project management with senior stakeholder engagement
- Proven success leading large-scale, complex technology projects in a law firm or professional services environment REQUIRED

Technical & Professional Skills
- Advanced proficiency with Atlassian tools including JIRA and Confluence
- Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise project governance
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong presentation and executive-facing communication abilities
- Collaborative, customer-focused approach to project leadership

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $155,000–$200,000 USD
