Created by native New Yorkers Stefanos Vouvoudakis, Tom Tsiplakos, and Joe Ragonese , Angie’s brings a vibrant coastal American concept to Manhasset—centered around craft cocktails, warm hospitality, and an elevated neighborhood dining experience.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Beverage Manager to join our opening team . This role will be responsible for developing and executing the beverage program, managing bar operations, and leading a team of bartenders to deliver exceptional, consistent service.

The ideal candidate is both creative and operationally strong—capable of building a compelling cocktail program while maintaining cost controls, efficiency, and high service standards.

• Develop and maintain the cocktail, wine, and beer program in alignment with the brand
• Lead bar operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed of service
• Train, mentor, and manage bartenders and bar staff
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Monitor beverage cost, pour cost, and overall profitability
• Create seasonal cocktails and update menus as needed
• Ensure bar organization, cleanliness, and compliance with all health and safety standards
• Collaborate with ownership and management on concept development and execution
• Maintain strong presence on the floor, supporting service and guest experience

• 3+ years of experience in a beverage management or lead bartending role
• Strong knowledge of spirits, classic and modern cocktails, wine, and beer
• Experience developing cocktail programs and managing bar operations
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Understanding of inventory systems, ordering, and cost control
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Professional, creative, and hospitality-driven mindset
