Associate Director, Product Management - Power Platform Solutions
Job Description:
Are you passionate about building innovative solutions that transform business processes? As an Associate Director of Product Management, you will lead the development and delivery of internal-facing Power Platform solutions that drive automation, analytics, and digital transformation. You will work on projects that include canvas apps, model-driven apps, automated workflows, and data integration solutions—all designed to improve operational efficiency and create measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Shape the Vision: You will define product strategy and roadmap for Power Platform solutions in partnership with the VP of Engineering.
- Turn Ideas into Action: You will translate business challenges into clear product requirements for apps and workflow automation.
- Drive Delivery: You will own the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment between business goals and engineering priorities.
- Collaborate Across Teams: You will work closely with developers on data models, app architecture, and user experience design.
- Grow Your Skills: You will develop hands-on expertise with Power Apps Studio, Power Automate, and Dataverse, supported by leadership.
- Ensure Quality: You will participate in sprint planning, testing, and monitor post-launch performance to deliver exceptional user experiences.
What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years in technical product management or similar roles (e.g., product owner, technical program manager).
- Experience working with software development teams in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) or low-code/no-code platforms.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills—you can translate technical concepts into clear business language.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400 . Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
