Location: Lima, NY
Shift: A Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Lima, NY. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly by receiving, organizing, tracking, and shipping materials and products accurately and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders
- Accurately stock, organize, and label inventory throughout the warehouse
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits to maintain inventory accuracy
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems to track inventory movement
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or production needs
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with shipping/receiving paperwork and documentation
- Report damaged goods, shortages, or inventory discrepancies promptly
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Inventory control or inventory management experience required
- Ability to accurately maintain inventory records
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Experience with barcode scanners, inventory software, or ERP systems
- Forklift certification (or willingness to become certified)
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment
- Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
