Salary: $90,000 - $115,000

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone ready to own the operation, lead from the front, and elevate a healthcare dining program .

?? What You'll Do:

• Lead day-to-day food & nutrition operations

• Own P&L, budgeting, and cost control

• Deliver top-tier food quality and service standards

• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance

• Build strong client relationships

• Hire, coach, and develop your team

• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

? What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years leadership experience

• 2-4 years in foodservice operations

• Strong knowledge of quality, cost control, and sanitation

• P&L experience preferred

• ServSafe® a plus

• A proactive, hands-on leadership style
