About the Role
Our client, a growing private equity real estate firm, is seeking a Paralegal to support its Legal & Compliance team. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, this role will assist with contracts, compliance matters, legal operations, and cross-functional support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents
- Manage contract tracking, renewals, and signatures
- Support litigation and regulatory matters
- Maintain legal/compliance files and calendars
- Process invoices and assist with billing
- Conduct legal research and policy updates
- Provide support to internal business teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of paralegal experience
- Law firm or corporate legal department background preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
