Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning of building common areas, lobbies, hallways, and exteriors
Follow the assigned cleaning schedule for all properties punctually and consistently
Handle garbage and recycling according to the DSNY schedule
Report any building issues or concerns to the manager
Submit photos of completed work after each shift
Follow checklists and cleaning protocols for each assigned property
Communicate with the night or day manager as needed
Spanish speaking
Hardworking and reliable — punctuality is a must
Legal work authorization — valid work permit and ID required
Must have some form of transportation
Must live in Brooklyn or the Bronx ⭐ Nice-to-Have
Prior cleaning or porter experience
Familiarity with DSNY schedules and building maintenance
Experience working in residential or commercial buildings
