Open Positions

Master Diagnostic Technician (MDT)

• Toyota Master Certified with MDT designation
• ASE Master + L1 required
• Expert-level diagnostic skills (electrical, ECU, hybrid, software-based issues)
• Collaborates directly with OEM support
• Leads diagnostic strategy and mentors techs

Master Technician

• ASE Master Certified (A1–A8) + Toyota Master status
• Capable across all vehicle systems
• Leads high-level diagnostics and major repairs
• Supports training of A & B techs

A‑Level Technician

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills (drivability, transmission, differential)
• Multiple ASE certifications required
• Maintains high productivity
• Performs advanced repairs and supports shop efficiency

B‑Level Technician

• Intermediate diagnostics and mechanical repairs
• At least 4 ASE certifications preferred
• Performs fluid services, brake jobs, suspension, battery/electrical repairs, etc.
• Eager to learn and grow through Toyota training

Qualifications (Vary by Role)

• Prior experience in dealership or high-volume repair shop
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Toyota or other OEM certifications preferred (but not required for B-Techs)
• Strong work ethic, team player mentality, and customer-first attitude
