Program Director - Outpatient Therapy (LCSW)
$80,000 – $90,000/year + Comprehensive Benefits

The Program Director will provide clinical supervision to a team of Outpatient Therapists who provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote a families' strengths! The Program Directors work to ensure compliance with all regulatory parties and performance specifications.
Qualifications:Master's Degree in Social Work
LCSW - Independent NY State License (Required)
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, and families – preferably in an outpatient setting
Minimum 5 years of experience working with children, youth, and families
Previous Outpatient Clinical experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
