About the Product Specialist Team
As an Equity Product Specialist, you will be part of the global product specialist equity team, owning and driving the product agenda for equity strategies across DWS.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the coverage and distribution of liquid equity strategies across retail, institutional and insurance channels.
Support in the development and execution of market-, strategy-, and/or client-related initiatives
Independently prepare sales collateral and competitive analysis
Support new strategy development, strategy positioning, development and ongoing review of unique selling points
Interface function with various stakeholders in DWS: portfolio management, sales, product management and marketing
Your Skills & Experience:
Good knowledge of capital markets, their drivers and influence of macroeconomic developments on different asset classes
Strong strategic and analytical thinking
Execution oriented, with strong resilience, drive and ability to work hand-in-hand with partners across the organization to drive the business forward
Strong team player with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, able to drive and promote new ideas and initiatives
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
Licenses or Education Required/Preferred:
BA/BS degree, or equivalent
FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required within first year

The salary range for this position in New York is $94,000 to $168,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.

DWS’ Hybrid Working model is designed to find the right balance between in-person collaboration and engagement in the office, which is core to our working culture, and working from home.
