Please ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely.- You will advise on the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, cross-border financings, restructurings, reorganizations, and spinoffs
- This group is collegial, collaborative, and down-to-earth
- The firm hires with the intent of elevating associates to partner – partnership discussions are held at around the 7th/8th year
- Associates annualize 1500-1800 hours
- Cravath compensation
- Hybrid arrangement
- Prior tax experience at a law firm as an attorney is required
