Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Montour Falls, NY 14865

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Hours per Week: 37.5 – 40 hours

Schedule: Monday–Friday with every other weekend and holiday rotation

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in a long-term care or clinical setting. The RN will provide compassionate, high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with facility policies and procedures. This role requires flexibility, accountability, and excellent clinical judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans and physician orders.

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.

• Document all care accurately and timely in patient records.

• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and other nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.

• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards.

• Maintain professionalism and punctuality; excessive absences or tardiness may result in early termination of the assignment.

Requirements:

• License: Active and unrestricted New York RN license required.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience (long-term care or acute care preferred).

• Certifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) required.

• Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday as scheduled.

Shift Details:

• Shift: Day (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

• Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift

• Hours per Week: 37.5 – 40 hours

• Duration: 13 weeks
