- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scope requirements
- Monitor budgets, schedules, project costs, and profitability
- Lead change order management and risk assessment activities
- Coordinate procurement activities with vendors and subcontractors
- Review and submit payment applications, submittals, RFIs, change requests, and closeout documents
- Attend project meetings and maintain communication with all stakeholders
- Ensure project financials are accurate and up to date
- Promote safety, quality, and operational excellence on every project
- Partner with field leadership to successfully execute projects
- Identify opportunities for additional business and future work
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction
- Commercial, industrial, electrical, mechanical, or specialty contractor experience preferred
- Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, and change management
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Proven ability to drive projects to successful completion
- Existing customer relationships that could generate future business
- Ability to attract or develop field talent
- Experience with ERP/project management software
- Electrical construction experience highly desirable
- Baltimore, MD area
- Office-based or project-site based. Most project travel is local and typically under 30 minutes, with occasional travel up to approximately 2 hours.
