🔧 Job Title: Welder & Fabricator – 2nd Shift

Location: Tonawanda, NY

Pay: $30-40/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Monday–Friday

We’re looking for a seasoned Welder/Fabricator to lead our 2nd shift team and bring high-quality craftsmanship to custom structural projects. 🔨 What You’ll Do

• Lead welding and fabrication operations for overhead crane builds
• Collaborate with a production welder and shop hand to meet daily goals
• Perform MIG, flux core, and occasional sub arc welding on A36 steel
• Interpret blueprints and oversee fabrication through finishing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment

🧠 What You Bring

• 5+ years of MIG and flux core welding experience
• Strong blueprint reading and fabrication/assembly skills
• Ability to direct a small team and meet production targets
• Willingness to work 2nd shift with occasional overtime

➕ Bonus Skills

• Sub arc welding familiarity
• TIG and stick welding experience
• OSHA 10 certification
• Surface prep, sanding, and polishing skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tonawanda, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
