Direct Hire Quality Assurance Manager

Pay: $70,000- $110,000 depending on experience

Hours: 6:00 am - To be determined

Quality Assurance Manager Details:

• Experience in SyteLine MIS system development, simplification, maintenance and reporting support.
• Oversight and maintenance of company’s certified ISO 9000 Quality Management System.
• Organizes and coordinates on-site and mail-in Customer Quality System surveys.
• Reviews contracts for all quality specification requirements and compliance planning.
• Oversees and organizes plant-wide tool calibration system.
• Runs weekly MRB meeting and resulting cause and corrective action response coordination and support.
• Conducts special projects as assigned by President
• Conducts training and development.

Quality Assurance Manager Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS) in applied science or engineering field
• five or more years related experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control Management and training;
• strong quality management systems experience in similar process and industry of manufacturing with demonstrated ability in and management of the ISO program for the organization preferably in a similar industry.
• Must be able to pass a driver’s license background check.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential. Must have strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and management skills.
• Experience with MS-Office (especially Excel, Word) is needed. Project management experience is a plus.
• A combination of walking and sitting at a desk for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to lift up to and including 35 pounds. needed.
• Strong communication skills with coworkers
