Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Finance Manager for a Large Public Accounting Firm's end client. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining continuity for the Workday Finance (FINS) modules, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting the team through this period of transition. The ideal candidate is a STAR performer-someone who can step into a high-visibility role, adapt quickly, and balance both strategic support and operational execution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead coverage for Workday Finance (FINS) modules (not HCM).
• Collaborate with the existing team to support multiple integrated systems.
• Participate in KT sessions to ensure smooth handover.
• Provide consistent oversight during staggered leave coverage.
• Act as a reliable partner for business leaders, providing updates and solutions.
• Manage day-to-day operations and broader strategic initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 12 years of professional IT experience with 9+ years of Workday.
• 4+ years Workday Financial Module expertise.
• Certified in Workday Contract to Cash.
• Expertise in configuration and production support of Workday Financial including:
  • Financial Accounting, Customers, Project Billing, Capital Projects, Supplier, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Expense, Banking & Settlement.
• Experience with Workday modules: HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Absence Management, Performance Management.
• End-to-end Implementation: Data Conversion, Configuration, Security Administration, Reporting.
• Financial Reporting development and Financial Integrations.
• EIB, Core Connector, Studio Integrations within HCM & Financial modules.
• Understanding of Integrations (Web Services, SaaS, Workday Architecture, Business Process Framework).
• Strong adaptability, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership presence with high-visibility executive-level exposure.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior consulting or client-facing experience in global firms.
