HED NYC is a modern fine dining Thai restaurant opening in West Chelsea in Spring 2026 from East West Cuisine Hospitality. Following the success of Michelin-recognized restaurants in San Francisco, HED NYC brings a refined and deeply personal interpretation of Thai cuisine to New York through a seasonal 5-course tasting menu rooted in the spirit of Thai shared dining.
Our kitchen focuses on precision, seasonality, technique, and hospitality while honoring the bold flavors and traditions of Thailand in a contemporary fine dining setting.
We are currently building our opening Back of House team and are seeking passionate hospitality professionals who want to grow in a focused, respectful, and ambitious kitchen environment.
Positions Available- Chef de Partie
- Line Cook
- Prep Cook
- Dishwasher
- Minimum 3 years of experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Passion for hospitality and teamwork
- Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and with urgency
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with tasting menus or high-volume fine dining is a plus
- Interest in Thai cuisine strongly preferred
- Execute dishes with consistency, precision, and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations
- Work closely with Chef and kitchen leadership during service
- Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
- Prepare ingredients and support kitchen operations
- Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout prep areas
- Assist cooks and chefs with daily mise en place
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment and work areas
- Support kitchen operations and cleanliness standards throughout service
