• The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Overseeing and developing the assigned clinic programs including hiring, supervision, evaluation and scheduling.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of best practice clinical standards.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Provide coaching, support, and mentorship to therapists to promote professional growth.
• Serve as an active member of the organization’s leadership team.
• Support and advance the agency’s mission, goals, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Clear and active LCSW, LMSW or LMHC-D license in the state of New York
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
• 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Excellent verbal and written skills
