- Greet every guest with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Manage the waitlist and seating chart efficiently.
- Answer phones and take reservations.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Communicate wait times accurately.
- Coordinate with servers and managers to ensure smooth table rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance.
- Assist with takeout orders as needed.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Creates a positive first and last impression for every guest.
- Has a professional appearance and attitude.
- Learns quickly and takes initiative.
- Works well under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor.
