Automotive / lot attendant

Overview : We are seeking a reliable, flexible, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lot Attendant/Automotive Detailer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, as well as providing high-quality detailing services for our customers’ vehicles. We are looking for a team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the vehicle lot, ensuring it is organized, accessible, and well-kept (this includes brushing snow from vehicles)
• Perform automotive detailing services, including washing, waxing, and vacuuming vehicles.
• Ensure all vehicles are presented in pristine condition for customers.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure detailing work meets company standards.
• Safely move vehicles around the lot as needed.
• Assist with any additional tasks as required by the management team.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers professionally and courteously.
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with the team.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and vehicle presentation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to be prompt and efficient.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and workloads.
• Prior experience in automotive detailing or related field preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods, bending, and possible lifting.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a must.
