Director of Finance and Go-To-Market - REMOTE

In this role, you will partner strategically with the Commercial and Go-To-Market organization to shape financial strategies that drive growth and optimize performance. Your leadership will be pivotal in transforming how finance operates, leveraging data and AI to support innovative revenue streams and efficient growth. With an emphasis on teamwork and accountability, you'll guide diverse teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver impactful financial insights. Accountabilities

• Shape GTM strategy by identifying investment opportunities and maximizing growth returns.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to drive performance using data insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor, influencing decisions on pricing, segmentation, and investment allocations.
• Lead revenue forecasting and build scalable revenue models for execution and long-term planning.
• Conduct GTM business reviews and establish KPIs to drive accountability and transparency.
• Champion AI and analytics to enhance forecasting and decision-making processes.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team aligned with GTM priorities.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of progressive finance experience with a focus on commercial finance and GTM.
• Proven track record of collaboration with Sales and Marketing in high-growth environments.
• Expertise in revenue modeling, forecasting, and understanding SaaS dynamics preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, private equity-backed environments is essential.
• Ability to build scalable processes and drive operational excellence.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• High proficiency with financial systems and data analytics; AI/automation experience is a plus.
