TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Rochester, New York, 14621!
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-Surg/Tele Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in MS/Tele settings License: Active New York Single State RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: EPIC experience required Description: Position available for a Registered Nurse specializing in MS/Tele. Scheduling details include shift hours from 19:00 to 07:00. Weekend requirements include every other weekend. Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed. Charting experience in EPIC is a hard requirement. Floating within the skillset will be required. Unit specializes in the care of patients post PCI, pacemakers, AICDs, post MI, and cardiac pharmacologic interventions. Ratios for care are 1:5 (1:7 for Med-Surg). Candidates must have experience in IV therapy and phlebotomy, as well as blood product administration. Skills required include cardiac monitoring and emergency response, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, and rapid response/code team use. Experience in oxygen administration and nebulizer treatments are necessary. Knowledge of isolation precautions and wound care is also required. Candidates will need to demonstrate proficiency in peripheral line care/management. Must have experience in nasal cannula and non-invasive airway management. About Cynet Health
