Noise exists to solve this. We measure attention across the internet and allow people to trade on its future. The result is real-time markets on how brands, narratives, and ideas rise and fall. If we succeed, Noise becomes the standard for measuring attention and a new way to reveal what truly matters in the world.

Role

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead high-impact projects at the intersection of data engineering and data science. You will own the full lifecycle of turning complex, messy data into actionable insights and production-ready models—designing data pipelines, building scalable infrastructure, and developing algorithms that directly drive product and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and build scalable ETL/data pipelines, feature stores, and real-time data systems.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced ML models.

• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define problems and deliver measurable impact.

Must Haves:

• 3+ YOE in machine learning, data science, or data engineering roles, with significant hands-on coding in a production environment

• Expert in Python (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark) and SQL; proficient in big data frameworks (Spark, Flink, Kafka).

• Strong track record of building production-grade ML systems and data platforms at scale.

• Deep knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and experiment design.

Compensation

To attract the best people, our goal is to provide competitive cash compensation and high upside in the long-term success of Noise. Equity options are subject to the same four-year schedule as the rest of the team.
