Paris Forino Interior Design is seeking an Office and Marketing Coordinator to support our New York–based interior design firm. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and interested in luxury design, studio operations, and brand communications.
The Coordinator will support both the day-to-day operations of the office and ongoing marketing and administrative initiatives across the firm. This role is well suited for someone skilled at balancing organization, communication, and creative support in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Project Administrative Support
- Support the daily operations and organization of the office
- Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, mail, messenger services, and materials library upkeep
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, hospitality, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a point of contact for building management, and utilities/office-related services
- Maintain organized records, files, calendars, and internal systems
- Assist with onboarding coordination, team celebrations, and general administrative support
- Help maintain an efficient, welcoming, and well-organized office environment
Marketing, Communications & Brand Support
- Assist with social media scheduling, newsletters, and website updates
- Support the organization of marketing assets, image libraries, press folders, and brand materials
- Help maintain press lists, contact databases, and CRM systems
- Assist with award submissions, presentations, and external marketing materials
- Coordinate basic logistics for photoshoots, press requests, and brand initiatives
- Track press coverage, industry events, and marketing calendars
Events & External Coordination
- Assist with planning and coordination for events, speaking engagements, and industry-related activities
- Support event logistics, registrations, travel coordination, and follow-up communications
- Help coordinate external communications and materials related to firm initiatives
Qualifications
Experience
- 1-2 years experience in an administrative, coordinator, marketing, or similar support role; internship experience welcome
- Experience in a creative, design, hospitality, or client-facing environment is a plus
Skills & Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or communications preferred
- Strong editorial instincts and a polished command of written English, with attention to tone, detail, and brand voice
- Proactive, resourceful, and accountable with strong follow-through
- Comfortable autonomously managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills
- Experience with social media platforms and digital organization tools required
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Zoom
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred

Salary
$50,000–$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
