Senior Product Manager, Enterprise

Since 2014, the mission-driven team at the Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) has helped fuel the tremendous growth of the Stellar blockchain network, an open-source platform that operates at high-scale today. Developers and companies around the world build on it, and the SDF team is expanding to support the rapidly growing and changing Stellar ecosystem.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to support the growth of enterprise payments on Stellar. This role will focus on developing and optimizing products that enable organizations to integrate Stellar-based products, whether for internal use or as part of their client offering. Spanning use cases like disbursements and PayFi, the goal is to create a complete product suite to support enterprises on Stellar. The ideal candidate will bring experience in either SaaS-based B2B product management or enterprise crypto solutions and will work closely with engineering, business development, and external enterprises to build and enhance our enterprise product suite.

In this role, you will:

• Contribute to and execute a comprehensive product strategy for enterprises, in alignment with SDF’s broader objectives.


• Participate in the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including user research, requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and feature development.


• Collaborate with stakeholders across SDF (ex: engineering, BD, product marketing, legal) and the Stellar ecosystem to identify opportunities and deliver product improvements for enterprises.


• Support deployment processes by providing product guidance, documentation, and hands-on assistance where necessary.


• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities in the enterprise blockchain space.

You have:

• 2+ years of product experience, preferably in a B2B environment or with enterprise crypto solutions.


• Understanding of enterprise payments, blockchain technology, and/or digital asset ecosystems.


• Experience working with enterprise clients, understanding their challenges, and delivering high-impact solutions.


• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, partnerships, and marketing teams.


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.


• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform product decisions.

Bonus points if:

• Experience with Stellar, Soroban, or other L1 blockchain ecosystems


• Experience delivering or deploying SaaS products


• Worked on category defining products targeting large established B2B markets

We offer competitive pay with a base salary range for this position of $155,000 - $215,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, we offer lumen-denominated grants along with the following perks and benefits:
