Consultant Neurologist - Reputed Private Hospital
SearchPlus HR is actively seeking a highly qualified Consultant Neurologist to join a reputed private hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art healthcare facility providing exceptional neurological care to patients in a supportive and collaborative environment.
As a Consultant Neurologist, you will be responsible for delivering expert clinical care, diagnosing and managing a wide range of neurological disorders. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed neurological assessments and examinations
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic investigations such as EEG, MRI, CT scans, and lumbar punctures
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and management plans for patients with neurological conditions
- Provide expert consultation and advice to patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with hospital and legal standards
- Participate in clinical audits, governance activities, and quality improvement initiatives
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements, guidelines, and research in neurology
- Mentor and support junior medical staff and contribute to their education and training
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Consultant Neurologist, preferably in a private hospital setting
- Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and managing a variety of neurological disorders
- Excellent skills in interpreting neuroimaging and electrophysiological studies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team engagement
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and upholding medical ethics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and clinical governance
- Willingness to participate in continuous professional development and training programs
